We only collect the data required to process a booking and deliver the stay service.

• Personal data is used to confirm bookings, complete check-in and issue invoices.
• Passwords are one-way hashed; the system never stores plain-text passwords.
• Payment data is handled by the payment gateway; the system does not store card numbers.
• Data is shared only with the hotel where the guest is staying and the distribution channel related to the booking.
